Frankston Junior Riders Group

The Club has a seperate committee for Frankston Junior riders group which meets the last Saturday of each month, this is targetted at novice and first time junior riders to get a start on the bike! More »

Park Preperation

Each week a lot of time, money and water gets poured into the track to provide the best possible loamy conditions, we have professional track builders come in once a week and reshape the park and try our best to change things up on occasions to stop everyone getting bored with the layout. More »


Track Closure in the short term

Frankston City Council has asked the Frankston City Motorcycle Park to close the facility in the short term. The Frankston City Motorcycle Park has agreed to this request and the Council will provide further information in due course. Tonight meeting is our normal General meeting which members are welcome to attend, in regards to current events we need to conduct our regular business, members are welcome to submit recommendations to the committee in writing so they can be tabled into the minutes, reviewed and documented. Please keep comments respectful and if you feel passionate about change do so through the appropriate channels.

FCMP – Open Hour Times

Wednesdays  –  12pm till 7pm

– Big bikes Main and loop tracks

-Small bikes intermediate peewee and circle tracks

Saturdays/Sunday – 9:00am – 5pm

– Small bikes 9:00am – 11am on all tracks including the main track then only access the intermediate, peewee and circle tracks till 5pm

– Big bikes 11am – 5pm on Main and loop tracks

Rider Ed – 30th November


Hey Everyone! Cameron Taylor (Yamaha Y-AIM coach) will be hosting a free rider ed session on the 30th of this month at 8:30am-9:30am, covering basic techniques on both Junior and Senior tracks. Members and non members more than welcome to attend! – Please not this is off the bike Training

Open Cup Day – Tuesday 4/11

The park will be open Cup Day from 9:30am for juniors and 11am for seniors until 5pm, Thanks

Proudly supporting beyondblue, Penrite is not only giving you the chance to meet the team but also you will have a chance to Test the Bikes, Tour the Truck, Meet the Mechanics & Buy Official Merchandise! All proceeds from the gate will be donated to beyondblue.


Rider Ed and Trash & Treasure 17/8


Hey Everyone, We are lucky enough to have Cameron Taylor hosting our next Free Rider Education Sessions on the 17th of August, This is off the bike training on the basics of riding, Cameron has won a number of Aust titles and a Senior coach with Y-AIM. Also for anyone with spare parts/gear/etc cluttering up the shed we will be holding a trash and treasure swap meet in front of the canteen with a free sausage sizzle at 10!

Unfortunately due to wild weather conditions and trees down all over the park we will be closed today Wednesday 25/6, we will try our best to have things in the best possible shape for the weekend.

Working Bee Sunday 1st of June

Hey everyone, there will be a working bee Sunday 1st of June – 8am – 10am

Things to bring –

Sturdy shoes

Working/garden gloves

Whipper Snipper if you have one

Saw to cut plastic pipe and for pruning if you have one

Most importantly a Smile!

Agenda –

Clean up heavy rubbish into pile/skip bin, whipper snipper fence lines and areas ride on lawn mower can’t reach

Rubbish removal around pit areas and spectator points

Emu walk of main and junior tracks

construction of tyre walls

tidy machanary yard

Provided – 

Some Shovels and whipper snippers but BYO if possible

Water and a cooked BBQ Breakfast for Sunday
